We use this information to deliver licenses specific to the system and products as per your request, to tailor our services to the interests of our users, and to let GL team know from which products are being evaluated by our customers and where. This information is critical to technical support team when a troubleshooting issue arises in future. Further we assure that no sensitive personal data or information will be collected as a part of Personal or Non-Personal Information, which may include, Passwords or authentication information for any of our services or apps, or Financial information, such as details of bank account, credit card, debit card, or other payment instrument details etc. Mobile Application Privacy & Location Policy This mobile application (“App”) is developed and maintained by GL Communications Inc. Information We Collect The App may access device features such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, network connectivity, and device location to communicate with supported hardware devices and to provide its intended functionality. The App does not collect personal user information such as name, email address, phone number, or contacts. How We Use Information Any device and location data accessed by the App is used solely to enable communication with external devices and to improve application functionality. No personal data or location history is stored on external servers. Data Sharing GL Communications does not sell, trade, or share user data, including location data, with third parties. Data Security GL Communications takes reasonable steps to protect the information processed by the App and to ensure it is used only for its intended technical purpose. Children’s Privacy This App is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal or location-related data from children.
