REGISTRANTS AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS AND BY THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING ON ALL MATTERS:
Registrants release and hold harmless GL Communications, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion or any goods received. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply.
GL Communications assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted registrations or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years or older to register. THE PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees of GL Communications, its sponsors, respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, insurers, suppliers, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
Drawing: 1 winner will be picked at the end of every month from the registered entries, once picked entries will not be eligible for the next month draw.
Disqualification: GL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or web site; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the web site, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry or registration methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrants using such methods
Potential Prize winner(s) will be notified by e-mail within twenty-four (24) hours after the drawing. Potential Prize winners are required to respond via email within seven (7) days of first attempted notification to receive their prize. Non-reply to the prize mail notification may result in disqualification. Non-compliance with this time period may result in disqualification.
Caution: ANY ATTEMPT BY A REGISTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GL WEB SERVICE IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, GL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Receipt of Goods: No goods other than those specifically listed will be awarded as Prizes. No substitution or transfer of goods is permissible, unless, in the event of unavailability of any Prize, GL may award a substitute goods of equal or greater value. GL will determine the value of the Prize in its sole, reasonable discretion. All taxes on goods are the responsibility of Registrants.
It is your sole responsibility to understand and abide by any federal, state, local or foreign tax laws that may apply to your receipt of goods. You understand that you may be required to complete certain Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") tax information reporting forms before your receipt of any goods. You further understand that Aish.com may be required to provide information regarding your receipt of goods to the IRS.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: GL is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the web site. GL is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which GL, in the sole opinion of GL, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, GL reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Giveaway and select the winners from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as GL may deem fair and appropriate. IN NO EVENT WILL GL, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, ITS ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE GL INTERNET SITE OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ITS SITE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
