The Capture Dialed Digits application provides the capability to capture and display DTMF and MF (along with MFR2-forward and MFR2-backward) digits
as they are received on one or several timeslots. This application provides two basic modes of operation: Manual and Scan for Offhook Modes.

|
|
T1/E1 Call Capture & Analysis
This powerful utility provides the capability to record calls directly from T1/E1 lines for post analysis. The system uses two Ultra T1/E1 Cards, or GL's Dual
Laptop T1/E1 Analyzer to interface non-intrusively with T1 or E1 lines. Calls can be automatically or manually captured from both directions of transmission.
Subsequently, the captured call or calls can be played back and analyzed in time, spectral, and 3D graphic modes using a commercial sound card, built-in high
fidelity speakers, and custom analysis software.

|
|
Near Real-time Voice-band Analyzer Software
The Near Real-time Voice-band Analyzer (VBA) is an analysis tool for monitoring voice band network traffic. The VBA can host different analysis modules
for monitoring speech and noise levels, line echo, and acoustic echo. The standard modules included in the application are ITU-T P.56 Active Voice Level
analysis, and Line Echo (Hybrid) analysis. Other analysis modules such as ITU-T P.561, P.562, and P.563 can be hosted as
plug-ins.

|
Call Data Records (CDR)
This application works with CCA (Call Capture and Analysis) and VBA (Voice Band Analyzer) applications and generates Call Summary and Call Detail
reports. CDR provides comprehensive information on each and every call occurring on T1 E1 lines, including voice capture, signaling information for CAS,
ISDN, MFC-R2, SS7, all alarms and errors occurring during the call, detailed voiceband event information (dual tones, fax tones, modem signals, and more),
detailed analysis of the voiceband call including noise level, speech level, speech activity factor, echo measurements, and more. It also categorizes call
as voice, fax, modem, or data.
|
|
Voice Call Management Utility
GL's Voice Call Management Utility (CMU), coupled with the GL's T1/E1 Call Capture and Analysis (CCA) application, provides all the necessary
features to perform management of large volume of recorded voice calls. The CMU facilitates the job of manipulating recorded voice calls, including
sorting of calls and filtering specific types of calls based on called or calling number, time of day, or length of call.

|
