10 ft. shielded cable with RJ45 Male Plugs at each end. Wire pair on pins 1 and 2 at one end connect (crossover) to pins 4 and 5 at the other
end (respectively); and vice versa. Pin 7 at one end is also
crossed over to pin 8 at the other end, and vice versa. (These are usually the ground connections.) Pins 3 and 6 are carried 'straight' through to the
