- PacketProbe™ - An Embedded VoIP Monitoring Solution
GL's PacketProbe™ is an advanced embedded VoIP monitoring software. The PacketProbe™ passively
monitors VoIP traffic carried over LAN or WAN by producing real-time per call and per-stream voice quality metrics.
Call Detailed Records (CDR) along with voice quality including Mean Opinion Score (MOS) and other vital diagnostic
information provide network managers immediate visibility into service quality, call volume, and call details. Service
providers should be able to rapidly drill down and diagnose voice quality problems. PacketProbe™ software
can be used as an embedded application or as standalone probe appliance. Multiple PacketProbes™ can
provide network wide voice quality visibility through GL’s PacketScanWEB™ or other NMS systems.

Analysis and Emulation Card

The LightSpeed 1000 is our new dual OC3 / 12 STM1 /4 PCI-Express card for protocol analysis and emulation of ATM,

- Dual Universal Telephony Adapter (UTA)
The Dual Universal Telephony Adapter (Dual UTA) is a comprehensive hardware device designed to interface and test
the voice quality of telecommunication networks. The Dual UTA features all the circuitry necessary to universally adapt to
any telephony instrumentation, such as standard Plain Old Telephone Systems (POTS), digital hybrid interfaces, Voice over
Internet Protocol (VoIP) networks, wireless cellular phones and mobile radios including devices that utilize Bluetooth®

- PacketCheck™ - Software Ethernet Tester
GL's PacketCheck™ is a PC based Ethernet test tool that is designed to check frame transport ability, and
throughput parameters of Ethernet and IP networks.
It can be used as a general purpose Ethernet performance analysis for 10Mbps, 100Mbps and 1Gbps Ethernet local
area networks. The PacketCheck™ makes use of the network interface card (NIC) in the PC to transmit and receive
raw Ethernet packets over the network. Throughputs up to 500 Mbps can be easily tested.

- PCI Based Universal T1/E1 Cards
GL’s new Universal T1/E1 card is capable of both T1 and E1 interfacing. In addition with the other basic T1/E1 line
signals monitoring applications, the Universal T1/E1 cards also support Pulse Mask Compliance Testing, and Monitor Jitter
Measurement applications. Cross-port and Through mode hardware loop-backs are also provided on the Universal T1/E1
cards.

- Laptop T3 E3 T1 E1 Ethernet Analyzer
GL’s T3/E3 analyzer unit used in conjunction with GL’s Laptop T1/E1 analyzer provides a complete T3/E3
(44.736/34.368 Mbps), T1/E1 (1.544 Mbps / 2.048Mbps), and DS0 (64Kbps) testing solution.

- 2-Wire Voice/Data Capture
The GL Voice Recorder is used to manually capture the voice/data over a 2-wire Analog interface. Using the 2-wire
Phone Tap adaptor, one can non-intrusively ‘tap’ into the analog 2-wire line via the RJ11 interface and capture the
bi-directional voice/data. The recorded voice/data is automatically saved into a single PCM file.

- DCOSS BRI Phone Simulator (BPS)
The BRI Phone Simulator (BPS) converts GL's DCOSS into a BRI ISDN Terminal Phone Simulator. The BPS can simulate
a bank of up to 128 BRI telephones (terminal side), each supporting one D-channel and two B-channels. Using a basic
DCOSS with E1 PRI ISDN trunks along with a BPS external box, the DCOSS BPS may be used to test a BRI Network.
