- QUAD and OCTAL T1 E1 Analysis and Emulation Hardware
GL's Octal & Quad T1 E1 boards are high density and provide Four (4) or Eight (8) RJ-48 T1 E1 ports and multiples thereof. For example, configurations of 8, 12,
16, 64 T1 E1s in a single rack are possible.
Please visit the QUAD and OCTAL T1 E1 Analysis and Emulation Hardware page for more information.
- MAPS™ MC-MLPPP Conformance Testing (Scripted MC-MLPPP Emulation)
GL's Message Automation & Protocol Simulation (MAPS™) MLPPP is an advanced tool for MLPPP simulation over TDM (T1 E1) that can simulate peer
endpoints (Router or a Switch). The MLPPP signaling specification conforms to IETF standards.
Please visit the MAPS™ MC-MLPPP Conformance Testing (Scripted MC-MLPPP Emulation) page for more information.
- MAPS™ - MAP Emulator (Scripted Mobile Application Part Emulator)
GL’s MAPS™ MAP Emulator is an advanced protocol simulator/tester that can simulate various MAP signaling interfaces (C, D, E, F, H, and &
Packet-switched interfaces such as Gc, Gr, Gf, Gd) in GSM/UMTS networks as defined by 3GPP standards. Emulator can be configured as MSC (VLR), HLR,
GMSC, EIR, AuC, SMSC, SGSN and GGSN entities in the interface.
Please visit the MAPS™ - MAP Emulator (Scripted Mobile Application Part Emulator) page for more information.
- MAPS™ CAS Protocol Emulator (Scripted Channel Associated Signaling (CAS) Emulation)
GL's MAPS™ CAS Emulator is an advanced protocol simulator/tester for CAS (Channel Associated Signaling) signaling simulation in telephone networks
where each channel or timeslot carries speech and signaling. CAS signaling types include Loopstart, Groundstart, Feature Group D (FGD), Winkstart, MFC-R2 and
others.
Please visit the MAPS™ CAS Protocol Emulator (Scripted Channel Associated Signaling (CAS) Emulation) page for more information.
- ATM IMA Emulator
The Inverse Multiplexing over ATM (IMA) Emulator application can simulate the inverse multiplexing of an ATM cell stream over multiple physical links and retrieve
the original stream at the far-end from these physical links.
Please visit the ATM IMA Emulator page for more information.
- MAPS™ Gn Gp (Scripted UMTS Gn and Gp Interface Emulation)
GL’s MAPS™ Gn Gp Interface Emulator is an advanced protocol simulator/tester for GTP simulation over Gn, Gp interfaces that can simulate GTP messages
and signaling specification as defined in 3GPP TS 29.060 GPRS Tunneling Protocol (GTP) standard.
Please visit the MAPS™ Gn Gp (Scripted UMTS Gn and Gp Interface Emulation) page for more information.
- Fax Call Emulation using VQuad™
The VQuad™ Fax emulation provides fax emulation using the Dual UTA’s (Universal Telephone Adapter) 2-wire analog (FXO) and 4-wire analog
interfaces. One can send and receive up to 4 independent and simultaneous faxes. The user can configure the Tx and Rx fax rate from 2400baud up to
33600 baud withV.34 fully supported. Interfaces supported for fax generation include 2-wire FXO and 4-wire analog. Support for additional interfaces
such as T1/E1 and VoIP (T.38) are coming soon.
Please visit the Fax Call Emulation using VQuad™ page for more information.
- Fax Demodulator and Decoder (FaxDD™, FaxDDT.38™)
FaxDD™ is a stand-alone command line application for processing capture files to produce the Fax TIF image and other transmission
information. Application is available as VBA038 and PKV104. The VBA038 requires GL's Voice Band Analyzer which processes 2 wire and 4 wire captures.
The PKV104 refer to as FaxDDT38™ works with packet Captures.
Please visit the Fax Demodulator and Decoder (FaxDD™, FaxDDT.38™) page for more information.
- MAPS™ GSM AoIP (Simulate GSMA over IP)
GL’s Message Automation & Protocol Simulation (MAPS™) is an advanced protocol simulator/tester capable of generating traffic and simulating
GSM A over IP. MAPS™ GSM AoIP designed for Air interface can simulate BSC (Base Station Controller), and MSC (Mobile Switching Center) entities.
Please visit the MAPS™ GSM AoIP (Simulate GSMA over IP) page for more information.
- IPNetSim™ - IPN600 Series (IP Network / WAN Emulator – 1 Gbps, 10 Gbps)
The IPNetSim™ network emulator attaches to an Ethernet network and simulates the bandwidth, congestion, jitter, delay, bit errors, packet loss and
other conditions of the wide-area network to test the performance of applications in the lab. It can be used to test IP end point devices such as Gateways, IADs,
IP phones, Soft phones, & so on for voice, fax, data, or multimedia transmission over IP.
Please visit the IPNetSim™ - IPN600 Series (IP Network / WAN Emulator – 1 Gbps, 10 Gbps) page for more information.
