Senior FPGA Engineer

The Sr. FPGA Design Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, verification, debug and bring up of a complex Network Interface Card. A qualified candidate will have a broad work background in hardware logic design and specific knowledge in networking technology. This position requires the Engineer to provide a leadership role in the FPGA development and integration effort. In addition to detailed FPGA process experience; strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills are essential. The candidate should also be highly motivated, have high energy and be a self starter with a proven track record of product delivery in complex FPGAs.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of experience of designing FPGA and/or ASIC from initial specification to silicon.
• Strong logic design, RTL, synthesis, functional and timing verification, floor-planning and bring-up.
• Hands-on experience with 3rd party IP core integration.
• Fluent in VHDL.
• Experience with development of large-scale test benches involving several FPGA's and/or ASIC.
• Experience with Bench Level Test tools, including Logic Analyzer, Oscilloscopes etc. and capability of board level bring up and debug.
