- MobNetMon™
MobNetMon™ can monitor "off-air" GSM network signals as one drives through a GSM service area. Any of
the world's GSM bands can be monitored with the included "quad-band" wireless phone and accompanying software.
MobNetMon™ can determine weak points in a wireless network by generating calls, identifing primary and
surrounding GSM base stations, decoding GSM protocol messages, including call traces and protocol analysis.

- CAS Simulator
GL's CAS simulator is a client-side application that works along with the GL's T1/E1 Analyzer. This optional
application simulates any user defined CAS protocol as well as providing analysis of the CAS Protocol by providing
signaling bit transitions and forward/backward frequency tones/digits.

- Message Automation & Protocol Simulation (MAPS)
Message Automation & Protocol Simulation (MAPS™) is a SIP test tool/traffic generator, which is used to s
imulate any interface in a SIP network and perform protocol conformance testing (SIP protocol implementations,
Megaco). MAPS as a testing tool can simulate User Agents (User Agent Server- UAS, User Agent Client - UAC), Proxy,
Registrar, and Redirect Servers. The tool is designed with 300+ test cases, as per specification of ETSI TS 102 027-2
document.

- GLInsight™
GLInsight™ is a state-of-the-art system that provides promptly processed information and analysis of data
collected on IP and PSTN networks. Decoded results are analyzed on a per-network basis. Alternatively, data from two
networks can be combined to provide additional insight into the networks' behavior.

- CDMA 2000 Protocol Analyzer
GL's CDMA analyzer is used to analyze and view protocols across A, Ater, Aquinter, & Aquater signaling interfaces. CDMA analyzer
uses GL's proven T1/E1 internal cards or Laptop T1/E1 external units.

- UMTS Protocol Analyzer
GL's UMTS analyzer is capable of capturing, decoding and performing various test measurements across various interfaces i.e.
Iub, Iur, IuCs and IuPs interfaces of the UMTS network. In addition, it supports ATM as the transport layer. It helps in fault
diagnosis and troubleshooting UMTS network.

- PPP Analyzer
GL's PPP Analyzer can be used to capture a host of PPP protocols exchanged between the two nodes over T1/E1 link. User can
obtain detailed analysis of the protocol and can perform various statistics measurements.

- RTP ToolBox™
RTP ToolBox™ application is used to create, monitor, and terminate RTP sessions. In addition, the application can be used to
generate and analyze traffic in the stream. Users can create sessions by specifying the destination IP address, the source
and the destination ports of an RTP media stream.

- Voice Enhancement Device Test Per G.160 and G.169
This application is designed to test the functionality of the voice enhancement devices per G.160 and G.169, including signaling
tones tests, noise reduction signal level tests, noise compensation tests, ALC (automatic level control) tests, receive path VIT
(voice improvement test) tests, send path EVI (enhanced voice intelligibility) tests.

- Active Voice / Noise Level Monitor
The Active Voice Level Monitor computes the Active Voice Level of a signal according to the ITU-T P.56 specification, Method B.
You can obtain and analyze the source signal in real time from T1/E1 timeslots, or you can process signal data captured to files
as an offline process.

- SIGTRAN Protocol Analyzer
GL's SIGTRAN protocol decoder software permits real-time analysis, call trace, capture, and filter of SS7 and ISDN signaling
messages over IP protocol. This software is available as optional software under GL's PacketScan software. It is also
complementary to GL's award winning SS7 and ISDN protocol analyzers.
SIGTRAN (RFC 2960, 3332, 3331, 3057) is used to carry Q.931, SS7 ISUP, SCCP, TCAP, etc. messages between IP nodes
such as a Signaling Gateway and Media Gateway Controller or Media Gateway. SIGTRAN uses a new connection oriented
transport protocol called Stream Control Transport Protocol (SCTP - RFC 2960). SCTP is at the same level but more efficient
at transport than TCP, UDP, or RTP.

- PacketH323™
PacketH323™ is a PC-based real-time VoIP call generator for providing voice band testing over the H.323 VoIP
Protocol. PacketH323™ can generate single calls, either manually or in an automated fashion, and generate an
array of traffic once the call session is established. Call Records, Call Statistics, Protocol Events are all captured and
displayed to the user in real time. It is fully Client/Server enabled, thus, the user can control it from a remote location
either within a Client GUI or a Client Command Line (supports scripting applications). An optional hardware RTP can
support real-time voice calls from analog phones, or fax calls from fax machines.

- Voice Call Management Utility
GL's Voice Call Management Utility (CMU), coupled with the GL's T1/E1 Call Capture and Analysis (CCA) application, provides
all the necessary features to perform management of large volume of recorded voice calls. The CMU facilitates the job of
manipulating recorded voice calls, including sorting of calls and filtering specific types of calls based on called or calling
number, time of day, or length of call.

GL's ATM Analyzer is used to analyze and view ATM protocols across the U-plane for both NNI and UNI interface.

- PacketGen™ & PacketScan™
Voice transmission over packet networks continue to present challenging quality of service issues - including echo, delay,
voice clipping, and impairments due to lost or jittered packets. These problems are exacerbated even further during high
loads or high degree of voice compression. Adequate tools for creating stress conditions and simultaneously characterizing and
measuring impairments are not readily available. GL's PacketGen™ and PacketScan™ products fill this
void with a complimentary set of tools for stress testing, monitoring, and analysis VoIP network elements.

- TRAU Analyzer
The TRAU Analyzer is part of GL's optional GSM Analyzer and is used to view and analyze TRAU frames at the Abis interface
(between the BTS and the BSC). The Transcoder/Rate adaptor unit (TRAU) may be positioned at the MSC site of the BSS
or at the BSC site of the BSS.

- Real Time Strip Chart Application
The Real-Time Strip Chart application is an optional software for analysis of CAS signaling, with GL Communications' field
proven Ultra E1 or T1 internal cards or Laptop E1 or T1 external products. Strip-Chart application enables non- intrusive
capturing of PCM data and signaling, and subsequent plotting of the same onto a strip chart format. The application is
perfect for CAS protocols, DTMF or MF Signaling, or other voice and signaling timing relationships.

- PRI ISDN Emulator
GL's ISDN Emulator offers a complete solution for testing, troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of devices and
networks implementing PRI ISDN. It is useful to test ISDN products designed for either U or S/T interface, including
network terminations, Type 1 terminating equipment, and terminal adapters. ISDN equipment includes telephones,
switchboards, PBXs, PC cards, Video Conferencing Equipment, Interconnect Systems, switches and routers.

- Realtime Multi-Channel Audio Driver
The GL Real-Time Multi-Channel Audio Driver option allows almost any software, which normally sends/receives sound
to a sound card, to redirect the audio streams to/ from timeslots on a T1 or E1 line. The Real-Time Multi-Channel Audio
Driver is an optional piece of software for GL's T1 and E1 Analysis cards, and works with almost any sound software
such as Cool Edit 2000, Cool Edit Pro, Windows Media Player, etc. This Audio Driver may be installed on Windows
2000 and Windows XP systems.

- Ultra OC-3/STM-1 Analyzer
The Ultra OC-3/STM-1 card (PCI) plugs into a PC expansion slot for analyzing, testing, simulating, and monitoring OC-3
and STS-1 signals. The board can add and drop T1, E1, T3, or STS-1 signals to and from an OC-3 signal, and can also
add and drop T1 and E1 signals to and from an STS-1. The Ultra OC-3/STM-1 card may be used in conjunction with GL's
Ultra T1 Card, Ultra E1 Card and Ultra T3 Card in the same PC to provide a complete OC-3, DS3, DS1, E1 and DS0
testing solution. Accompanying Windows-98/NT/2000/XP software affords easy operation.

- Multi Channel BERT Application
Multi-channel Bit Error Rate Testing (MCBERT) measures correctness of data received on T1/E1 lines/timeslots with stored
data in a reference file. The application can work in real-time with data currently being received on T1/E1 lines/timeslots,
or off-line with data stored in a file. The on-line T1/E1 testing can be done on full or fractional T1/E1 timeslots.

- GSM Protocol Analyzer
The GSM Analyzer is used to view and analyze GSM protocols using GL's PCI Ultra E1 and Ultra T1 Cards (internal-to-PC)
or GL's Dual Laptop E1 or Dual Laptop T1 (portable external to PC) products. The GSM Analyzer can monitor the A-interface
and A-bis interface in GSM networks. Generally, GL's E1/T1 Card or Portable product will be connected between the nodes
of GSM elements to monitor the control signals between them.

- V 5.x Protocol Analyzer
The V5.x Analyzer is used to view and analyze the signals using GL's PCI Ultra E1 Card (internal-to-PC) or GL's Dual Laptop
E1 (portable external to PC) products. The V5.x Analyzer is made for V5.x , a switching and signaling telecommunication
protocol between Access Network (AN) and Local Exchange (LE) and operates only on E1 circuits. GL's E1 Card or Portable
Product will be connected between LE and AN to monitor the control signals between them.

- HDLC Link Impairment Utility
The HDLC Link Impairment Utility (HLIU) offers various options to 'impair' (inject errors) specific HDLC frames of a real time
HDLC frame stream. The main use of this application is to verify the proper working of HDLC protocols by simulating various
scenarios taking place in a real-time network.
